Saddle Stitched Magazines
Our saddle-stitched booklets comprise of 08 – 80 printed pages (pp), bound by 2 wire staples. We offer a self-cover option (also known as soft cover) where all pages are printed on the same paper/stock, and we also offer hard cover options where you can choose to have a 250gsm or 350gsm cover (with optional laminate) and a lighter/thinner stock for the internal (text) pages.
Self-cover saddle stitched booklets are often chosen for catalogues, comics, product manuals and other booklets that do not require a thicker or heavier cover.
Hard cover booklets are suited to product catalogues, community magazines, family cookbooks, photography books, art books and yearly reports.
Perfect Bound Books
Perfect binding is a form of booklet making in which all pages are bound along the spine using special adhesive. All of our books are created using super strong PUR adhesive which offers a distinct performance advantage in comparison to regular glues. Perfect binding, similar to burst or notch binding is ideally suited to large books (from 48 printed pages to over 300 printed pages).
Available in A6, A5, A4 or custom sizes (min 105 x 148mm – max 230 x 300mm), all of our perfect bound books include a choice of either matt, gloss or velvet laminated covers for extra durability.
Hard Cover Books
Case Binding, Thick Printed Covers
If you need hard cover books with thick (case bound) printed covers, then this is the option for you!
Available in matt laminate, gloss laminate or a linen finish, the covers for these premium books comprise of ultra-thick 3mm boxboard and a special in-built patented steel spine.
We offer page ranges from 44pp through to 210pp printed on a wide range of stocks (for larger or smaller page ranges, contact us for a custom quote). These books come with either a classic white or black inside cover lining sheet.
Available in 5 different sizes, these books are super versatile and are sure to leave a lasting impression!

Wire Bound Booklets with Clear PVC Cover
Our Wire Bound booklets with clear PVC outer covers are ideally suited to be used as product manuals or cook books.
Available in your choice of black or white wire, adding clear PVC outer covers makes these books super tough and durable.
And to make your books even tougher again, we offer a super durable synthetic option (water, oil & tear resistant) for the internal pages.
Wire Bound Booklets with Printed Covers
Our Wire Bound booklets are available in an astonishing range of printed front and back covers. Available with your choice of laminate (gloss, matt or velvet) or non-laminated finish, these books are bound using black or white wires.
Choose an uncoated stock for the internal pages and you have the perfect children’s workbook, or coloring-in book. All of our uncoated stocks are super easy to write or draw on making them perfect for any type of creative endeavor.
Choose one of our synthetic stocks (water, oil & tear resistant) for the covers / internal pages and you have the perfect wipe down friendly cookbook, menu or product manual.
Wire Bound Booklets with Clear PVC + Printed Covers
Style, toughness and durability. Combine PVC clear outer covers with printed inner covers for the best of both worlds. Clear PVC covers provide toughness and durability, whilst the inner printed covers will make your books look chic and stylish.
Ideally suited to be used as recipe or cook books, we also offer a huge range of stocks for the internal pages (including tough synthetics) and your choice of black or white wire for binding.
