We offer a money back guarantee for faulty printing that has been correctly prepared for offset printing.  Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction if artwork has not been correctly prepared for offset printing.  

Any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods by email. If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify  or re-print it.
