Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us. The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:
How Fast Are We?
As soon as we receive your order, artwork and payment, we will commence processing your order. Delivery times can vary depending if artwork, proofing or other intervention is required from us, if the print job will be digital or offset or the exact delivery location.
We will always respond quickly and professionally to you with delivery and production time-frame requests.
How Much Does it Cost?
Our quotations will always includes gst and delivery, provided you have advised us of the correct delivery address.
While we make every effort within reason to ensure that our price calculations are accurate under certain circumstances there may be an error in costings.
Although this is very rare, under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
Always Double check that you've supplied us the correct Delivery Details. Please advise of any special delivery instructions.
Delivery: Someone must be at the delivery address 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday to sign for your delivery. If this is not possible, perhaps you have friends or family with a business address who could receive the printing on your behalf. We cannot vary these conditions. Advance notification of delivery by phone or email is not possible. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods and they are subsequently lost or damaged, we will not be liable for the loss.
Do not place your order if you cannot comply with the above delivery requirements, if there is no-one available to sign for the goods, we are not liable for goods that may become damaged or missing and you may have to pick up the goods at your expense from the transport companies nearest depot.
