How To Place an Order
Here is our comphrensive guide on how to use our online ordering process. The guide is broken down into a series of simple steps for your convenience.

Step 01: Select Item
Navigate to the item/product that you require. Please use the links down the left hand side of our homepage page to select what you need.

Step 02: Add item to cart
When you have found what you require, please select the quantity/options that you need.
To proceed with your order, please click ‘Add to Cart.’

Step 03: Log-in/Create Account
After clicking ‘Add to Cart’ you will be prompted to sign in to continue. If you do not already have an account, please click on the ‘Create Account’ button to make a new one.

Step 04: Shopping Cart
After you have signed in/created an account, you will be taken to the ‘Shopping Cart’ page.
If you wish to order more items please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button. If you have finished shopping, please click on ‘Proceed to Billing’ to continue with your order.

Step 05: Billing & Shipping Information
On the 'Billing" page you need to carefully enter your billing details and choose your payemnt method. If you are paying by credit card please make sure you enter the correct card details. Please click 'Proceed to Shipping' to proceed.

On the 'Shipping' page, you need to carefully enter your shipping details then choose your delivery option. There are three options available:
- Signature required on delivery, please insure my printing. Cost = $6.95.
- Signature required on delivery. I do not require insurance or I will provide my own insurance.
- Please leave printing outside front door, insurance not available.
Please choose the appropriate delivery option then read the delivery instructions carefully. Please click 'To Order Summary' to proceed.

Step 06: Terms & Conditions/Order Review
You need to read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale. Please also review the items and quantities you have selected to ensure they are correct. To proceed, click on ‘Complete Order.’

Step 07: Order Completion
Please review your billing/shipping information. Once your order has been completed, it is not possible to change this information. Please click on ‘Upload File’ to upload your artwork.

Step 08: Artwork Upload
Click the Select button to browse to upload your artwork files. If you have more than two files, you will need to zip them into one file before uploading.

Step 09: Order Finished
When your artwork has finished uploading your order will be completed. You will then be sent an automatic job confirmation / tax invoice e-mail. On receipt of payment, a soft PDF proof will then be emailed for your approval prior to printing.
