Presentation Folders
At CMYK Colour Online we offer a number of presentation folder options. All of our presentation folders are interlocking (not glued) and are supplied unnasembled (flat). Folders can be printed single sided or double sided, they can be laminated in gloss or matt, and they can contain one or two flaps. Please note, all folders contain landscape business card slits which can hold one card.
When ordering presentation folders, it is very important that the artwork is set correctly. Our guideline templates must be used to create ALL presentation folder artwork. Guideline templates can be found by clicking here and selecting the style/option you require. Before using our templates, please make sure you read the “read me” file first.

Presentation Folder Options:
Type 01 - One flap, No Gusset
Type 02 - One flap, 4mm Gusset
Type 03 - Two flaps, No Gusset
Type 04 - Two flaps, 4mm Gusset
Rather than a single fold, a 4mm gusset creates two folds (4mm apart). When a 4mm gusset is applied to the flap/s on a presentation folder, the pocket size is increased allowing more documents to be inserted. There is no additional cost associated with choosing a template with a gussets.

Presentation folders without a 4mm gusset can only hold 9 A4 pages on 150gsm coated paper in their pocket/s.

All of our presentation folders contain one set of landscape business cards slits. Business card slits can hold one standard size business card (either 86 x 64mm or 90 x 55mm in size).

Our guideline templates must be used when creating artwork for presentation folders. Guideline templates can be found by clicking here and selecting the style/option you require. Explanations for the different styles/options we offer can be found on the page below. Before using our templates, please make sure you read the “read me” file first.
When using our templates to create your artwork, please take the following into account:
- Artwork must contain 5mm of internal and external bleed. Further to this, please make sure you take into account the folder flaps when setting external bleed. Also please note, we do not advise text or important graphics be placed on or over a fold, gusset or flap.
- Each presentation folder contains one set of business card slits. We do not advise text or important graphics be placed on or over the business card slit area.
- In our guideline templates, areas filled in blue are ‘overlapping areas.’ These are areas where a folder locks/joins together. Printing placed on these areas will be obscured when a folder is assembled.
