CMYK Colour Online is a CMYK colour printer and is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best prices available.

Whilst we take reasonable care in creating the information on this website, this website and its contents may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies, and may not be complete or current.

Accordingly, use of this website is entirely at your own risk, and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website, or as to the information, content, materials, suppliers or products included on this website. To the extent that this website might contain links to websites operated by third parties, we have not endorsed or approved such other websites, or the information and materials on those websites.

Subject only to any responsibility or liability implied by law which cannot be excluded, we are not liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses whatsoever relating to or arising out of information, materials or services provided on or through our website, and where any responsibility or liability cannot by law be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent possible, to the supply of the goods or services again, the repair of goods, or the payment of the costs of having the goods or services repaired or supplied again.

Cancellation of an order
Cancellation of an order will incur a 10% administration fee (with a minimum of $60 + GST) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable. When placing an order online, it is final and in most cases cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated costs.

Please ensure artwork is correctly prepared for commercial offset printing, by an experienced pre-press printing professional. If you need to re-supply artwork after we have processed pre press proofs for you, there may be an additional $15 charge for you to re-supplying artwork for each additional time where the fault has not been ours.

Delivery:  Someone must be at a business delivery address 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday to sign for your delivery. If this is not possible, perhaps you have friends or family with a business address who could receive the printing on your behalf. We cannot vary these conditions. Advance notification of delivery by phone or email is not possible. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods and they are subsequently lost or damaged, we will not be liable for the loss.

Do not place your order if you cannot comply with the above delivery requirements, if there is no-one available to sign for the goods, we are not liable for goods that may become damaged or missing and you may have to pick up the goods at your expense from the transport companies nearest depot.

Our design department takes great care in pre-flighting all customer supplied files. We do our very best to inform all our clients of any printing problems that may occur. In saying that, we cannot be held responsible for artwork not correctly prepared for commercial printing. Should you choose to supply your own artwork, the ultimate responsibility lies with you, our valued client. As a general rule, we recommend that all artwork be prepared by qualified graphic designers experienced in the print industry.

Uploading Artwork:


To keep prices low, we run fully automated file upload and processing software. Should you wish to send
us artwork by email, ftp or any other way besides our online system, there will be a $66 manual file processing fee for each item ordered.

 

If supplied artwork contains ICC profiles, for best results on our ganged up presses, these ICC profiles will be removed from all artwork. If you upload files that are RGB or spot / pantone colours they will automatically be converted to CMYK, this can slightly change colours as they may appear different from what is seen on screen.  CMYK Colour Online will not accept responsibility for the outcome of such files, but if we pick up your problem before it is printed we will contact you to ascertain if you would like to cancel the order. Cancellation fee is 10% of the value of the print job with a minimum fee of $60 + gst. Please feel free to contact our print estimating team if you would like more information or a quotation on using the services of our own design department.

Please note there can be a trimming variance of plus or minus 1-2 millimetres due to automated cutting systems allow for this when setting up artwork. Allow between 3mm bleed all round and keep important information 3mm in from trim lines.
In the case of magazines, stickers, booklets and magnets - Allow between 5mm bleed all round and keep important information 5mm in from trim lines.

Artwork without bleed:
If you supply artwork without bleed, a white border will be placed around your artwork for printing.
If you require full bleed printing to the edge of the page, then your artwork needs to correctly and professionally be prepared with bleed for commercial printing. Incorrectly supplied artwork may incur additional charges.

Folding
Paper being made of fibre can naturally crack ink on the fold line of a print job. This is unavoidable. If this is an issue we reccomend avoiding heavy ink coverage in your design where the folding is to occur.

Marketing Material.

If you do not wish us to include our marketing material in with your printing order (such as give away notepads etc.), when placing your order please write under “Special Instructions”. “Please do not add marketing material with this order”.

 

To achieve our regular low pricing, some of our products are bulk printed and as such, we are unable to offer exact colour matching on these products. Colours may slightly vary from day to day and press to press. Various conditions affect colours printed by the CMYK Processes and for this reason CMYK Colour Online will not be held responsible for any reprint as a result of colour fluctuations and variations.

If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted unless this has been done.

In the unlikely event of a printing error, any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods . If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify it. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.
