Triplicate A5 (148.5 x 210mm) Carbonless Books. Printed 1 colour on quality NCR paper stock. 50 sets of forms per book. Price includes, cover,fold in pressure plate and is numbered consecutively with top 2 copies perforated and bottom copy fixed. Books are quarter bound with crocodile board cover, pads are standard bound with a soft cover.

Minimum area for numbering is 25mm x 15mm. Numbering cannot be closer than 40mm to the perforation.
Tear off size for A5 Books:
Bound at the LHS = 148 x 210mm
Bound at the Head = 148 x 192mm
Finished size for A5 Pads (Portrait & Landscape) = 148 x 210mm
All pages must have the same artwork. External bleed is not possible, all text & images at least 6mm from the edge.

This Surcharge guarantees dispatch by Road Express within 2 working days from receipt of payment & proof approval from our Melb facility if made by 12.00pm on a working day (Mon-Fri). Approval after 12.00PM or on a weekend/public holiday, dispatch from Melb will be guaranteed 2 working days from the following working day. Con Note details are emailed upon dispatch.
