DL Envelopes
DL Envelopes (220 x 110 mm) are available in Plain or Window Face.
These envelopes are wallet format (they open on the long edge) and are printed on premium 80gsm laser bond.
DL Envelopes are designed to hold DL sized printing (99 x 210mm). This can be in the form of DL flyers, DL Postcards, DL with compliment slips, or larger sized brochures folded to DL (A4 folded brochures or Double DL folded to DL brochures).
DLX Envelopes
Also designed to hold DL size documents, DLX Envelopes (235 x 120 mm) are available in Plain or Window Face.
These envelopes are wallet format (they open on the long edge) and are printed on premium 80gsm laser bond.
DLX stands for an oversize DL envelope. This extra size allows for more documents to fit in the envelope and for easier and quicker insertion.
C5 Envelopes
C5 Envelopes (229 x 162 mm) are available in Plain Face (non-window).
These envelopes are pocket format (opening on the short edge) and are printed on premium 100gsm laser bond.
C5 Envelopes are designed to hold A5 sized printing (148 x 210mm). This can be in the form of A5 flyers/cards, or larger sized A4 brochures folded to A5.
C4 Envelopes
C4 Envelopes (324 x 229 mm) are available in Plain Face (windowless).
These envelopes are pocket format (they open on the short edge) and are printed on premium 100gsm laser bond.
C4 Envelopes are designed to hold A4 sized printing (210 x 297mm). This can be in the form of A4 flyers or letters, or larger sized A3 brochures folded to A4.
B4 Envelopes
Also designed to hold A4 documents, B4 Envelopes (353 x 250mm) are available in Plain Face (without window).
These envelopes are pocket format (they open on the short edge) and are printed on premium 100gsm laser bond.
B4 Envelopes are slightly larger than C4 size. This extra size allows for more documents to fit in the envelope and for easier and quicker insertion.
