I have Press Ready Files
- Artwork must be the correct size.
- Artwork must have correct internal bleed.
- Artwork must have correct external bleed.
- All borders must be setup as per our guidelines.
Check & Make Press Ready
- This includes us checking your artwork and where possible making it acceptable for commercial printing.
- Please note, this option does not include making small changes to your artwork (typesetting & design) or creating your design from scratch (graphic design).

Order Your Printed Plastic cards

There are limitless different uses for plastic cards. Our customers commonly use them as premium business cards, hard wearing name tags, membership cards, event passes, medical cards and much more.
Printing Options

Size:
- These can be ordered in the same size as a standard credit card (designed to fit perfectly in any wallet or purse), either 85.5 x 54mm or 86 x 54mm depending on the stock you select. Or alternatively they can be ordered in standard business card 90x55mm size, or any custom size between 40 x 40mm and 90 x 55mm.
Printing:
- Full colour single or double sided
Stocks:
- We offer two stocks to choose from (our 0.76mm White PVC or our 410gsm / 0.4mm Matt-Satin White Synthetic). 0.76mm white PVC is our premium offering and is the same thickness as a standard credit card. Our 410gsm Synthetic option is our cheaper offering and is the perfect solution when you need robust and durable cards at a budget price.
Corners:
- 4 x round corners (3mm radius) are provided as a standard option on our 0.76mm White PVC stock.
- Our 410gsm Synthetic cards are always provided with square corners.
