What is Priority Dispatch?
Our Priority Dispatch service guarantees faster dispatch from our printing facilities than our standard service. We recommend selecting the Priority Dispatch service when you need your printing in a rush.
PLEASE NOTE: This service guarantees dispatch, it does NOT guarantee a delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee transit times ex our facilities, or be held responsible for delays by our nominated transport companies. For additional information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
How do I add Priority Dispatch to my Order?
Please navigate to the product you would like to order.
Check the product icons to see if any of them contain a red priority stamp.
If none of the icons contain a priority stamp (e.g. as per the example icons show above), please follow to the instructions directly below to add priority to your order. Otherwise, skip this step to see instructions for products that do contain a red priority stamp.
- Click the icon of the product you would like to order
- Select your product specifications in the instant pricing calculator and generate a price for the quantity you require
- Select the ‘Click for Priority Dispatch’ checkbox to add priority dispatch to your job
Note, the checkbox will only be visible if priority is available for the specs and quantity selected.
The instant price calculator will show you the total price and number of guaranteed working days for dispatch of your item.

- Click the icon of the product that contains the priority stamp
- Select your product specifications in the instant pricing calculator and generate a price for the quantity you require
- Priority dispatch will be included with your job by default:
The instant price calculator will show you the total price and number of guaranteed working days for dispatch of your item.

How do I calculate my Priority Dispatch date?
Priority Dispatch guarantees dispatch from one of our East Coast facilities within the number of working days shown in the instant price calculator (after receipt of payment & proof approval) if Priority Dispatch is checked or selected.
The daily cut-off time for receipt of payment and proof approval is 10.30am AEST (AEDT from 1st Sunday of October to 1st Sunday of April) on working days (excluding public holidays).

- If payment and proof approval is received before 10.30am on a working day (Mon-Fri), dispatch will be guaranteed within the number of working days shown on the product page instant price calculator.
- If payment and proof approval is received after 10.30am, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch will be guaranteed within the number of working days shown on the product page instant price calculator from the following working day.
For example if the Priority Dispatch states 2 working days (on the instant price calculator):

- If you were to pay and approve your soft PDF proof before 10.30am on a Monday morning, we would guarantee dispatch by the following Wednesday.
- If you were to pay and approve your soft PDF proof after 10.30am on a Monday morning, we would guarantee dispatch by the following Thursday.

Will I receive consignment details so I can track my delivery?
Yes, you will always be emailed consignment details when your priority order is dispatched.
Why isn’t Priority Dispatch available on the product I want to order?
Due to differing production requirements, unfortunately we cannot offer Priority Dispatch on every single product or quantity we offer.
In saying this, If you would like Priority Dispatch and it is not available for a product/quantity on our website, please contact us by clicking here and one or our team will be happy to check if it is possible to include it for you.
Can I add Priority Dispatch to a Custom Quote?
Yes, depending on the product specifications and quantity, we can offer Priority Dispatch on certain custom quotes.
Please make sure you request Priority Dispatch when making your initial quote enquiry.
How much does Priority Dispatch cost?

If I select Priority Dispatch does that mean I will receive my order in the number of days specified in the Priority Dispatch Estimate Box?
No, Priority Dispatch does not guarantee delivery of your order within a certain timeframe. It guarantees dispatch of your order within the number of days indicated in the Priority Dispatch Box.
