How to Pay

We accept payment by Credit Card (VISA & MASTERCARD) or Direct Bank Deposit. Payment must be received in full before we process your order.

Option 1: Credit Card

Payment by credit card can be made either during the online ordering process, or after you have finished placing your online order.

During the online ordering process, you will be prompted to select your payment method. For credit card payments, this is as simple as entering your Credit Card details & clicking the ‘Submit’ button.

If you would like to change your payment method to credit card after you have finished the online ordering process, please login to the orders page for your account. You will then need to lookup your order and click the magenta ‘Pay by Credit Card’ button.

You can change payment methods by clicking the ‘Direct Deposit’ tab or ‘Credit Card’ tab along the top of the payment page. The blue underline indicates the selected payment method.

Option 2: Direct Deposit

During the online ordering process, you will be prompted to select your payment method. For Direct Deposit payments, please select the ‘Direct Deposit’ tab.

Please carefully read the payment instructions, make a record of the ‘Invoice Number’ (this is your payment reference) and click the ‘Proceed’ button. Banking details will then be emailed to you along with your Tax Invoice.

Please note that Direct Deposit payments can take up to 1-2 working days for your bank to process. Direct Deposit orders cannot be processed until your funds are confirmed as received by our bank.

Tip: When making your Direct Deposit payment, please include the invoice number in the payment reference field. This prevents potential delays in processing your order.
