How much does delivery cost?
Our online prices always include delivery to anywhere in Australia. 😊
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Dispatch estimates are calculated after receipt of final payment and artwork approval and can change depending on the quantity and finishing options you have selected.
The daily cut-off time for receipt of payment and proof approval is 10.30am AEST (AEDT from 1st Sunday of October to 1st Sunday of April) on working days (excluding public holidays).
- If payment and proof approval is received before 10.30am on a working day (Mon-Fri), dispatch will be estimated within the number of working days shown on the product page instant price calculator / your tax invoice.
- If payment and proof approval is received after 10.30am, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch will be estimated within the number of working days shown on the product page instant price calculator / tax invoice from the following working day.
For example if the dispatch estimate states 3 working days (on the instant price calculator / tax invoice):
- If you were to pay and approve your soft PDF proof before 10.30am on a Monday morning, we would estimate dispatch by the following Thursday.
- If you were to pay and approve your soft PDF proof after 10.30am on a Monday morning, we would estimate dispatch by the following Friday.

After Placing an Order
A dispatch estimate can be found on the Tax Invoice which will be automatically emailed to you when placing your order online.
After Approving your soft PDF Proof
The estimated dispatch date for your order will be visible under the orders section of your account.
Can I have Priority Dispatch?
Yes, we do offer Priority Dispatch on many of our products & quantities. Full details and instructions on how to select Priority Dispatch can be found by clicking here.
We will send a notification email with tracking details when all orders are dispatched.
Depending on the transport company, online tracking may not be available until 24 hours after dispatch.
A small percentage of our transport companies do not offer online tracking. For these couriers please call the number on the companies website to track your order.
Can I pickup my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup service.
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
All deliveries must be made to a physical address. Unfortunately we do not offer delivery to PO Boxes.
Can I select multiple delivery address's (split delivery)?
Delivery of multiple items?
If multiple items are ordered at the same time it is possible that each individual item will be delivered separately. We cannot not guarantee that all items will be printed at the same facility or delivered at the same time.
If you believe one or more items are missing from your delivery, please check the contents of the entire box carefully. Multiple items are often packed in the same box and may not be visible until the whole box has been unpacked
What is delivery Insurance?
Although the couriers we use are extremely reliable, damage or loss of printing on very rare occasions can occur. As such $3.95 (inc GST) shipping insurance is included with all printing orders. This enables peace of mind and ensures that all printing orders are covered for potential loss or damage during transit. For more information please contact us by clicking here.
Deliveries made by local courier are generally made the same day or next working day (consignment tracking is not available).
If your order is dispatched by local courier and does not arrive by 5PM on the next working day, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by clicking here and one of our team will follow up your delivery for you.
