I have been dealing with CMYK Online for the last couple of days as they have helped me struggle through the process for my first ever professional printing service (not due to lack of guidance, based purely on my lack of know-how). I am so excited to receive my prints but at this point I dont even care if they end up being wrong because the customer service I have encountered in the past day or so has been ridiculously good. Would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend anyone else to CMYK. Also the sample paper brochure which they delivered to me free of charge was beautifully done and honestly a God send, i'm so impressed with this company its not funny.

I produced a 50th Anniversary magazine for the Queensland Masters Athletics Assn using photographs that were up to 20 years old and those in digital format 72dpi. I did the best I could and got a warning when I submitted the finished artwork. It was with a huge sigh and a growing smile that I received the printed version. This was my second order with CMYK Colour Online. I ordered DL sized notepads with magnets on the back and wanted to make sure the magnets would be strong enough for the 50 leaf notepads. I found the whole experience of using CMYK's service and quality of product user friendly. I particularly liked that they sent out sample cards which allowed us to make a decision on the materials to be used and even alerted us to the fact that our artwork was not up to the required quality level. I can recommend CMYK after their printing of my A4 sized, 250 page family history book. I sent fully worked-up PDFs, then had a couple of email conversations around how to generate the front and back covers. It all came out pretty well, with my only concern being with the paper chosen (admittedly I chose it, but without any physical samples available at the time because they were too late in arriving by mail) having a canvas-like texture on just one side - this made the photographs which I had embedded a little fuzzier on every second page than I would prefer. But, the result is very professional and I will distribute it with some pride to my family members. Cost came out to ~$90 per book with a print run of 12.

I've printed two projects with CMYK and both times they've been absolutely amazing. I'm fairly new to printing and using InDesign but their staff have always been polite and patient with me, even when I've had to resubmit work. For their customer service alone they deserve 5 stars, but thankfully their printing is great too and always arrives on time. I strongly recommend them.
